Fascia Release

Fascia is connective tissue that surrounds our organs, muscles, bone, blood vessel
and keeps all in place. With unhealthy Fascia you can feel pain in a specific area -- sharp, dull, or achy
Limited range of motion in a muscle or joint
Swelling, redness, or heat caused by inflammation in the inured area
Visible lumps or knots -- palpable areas of tightness
Numbness or tingling caused by fascial compression on nerves
By releasing the fascia you reduce pain, increase mobility, boosting nervous, circulatory and lymphatic system

Christina is an amazing therapist. Her massage is always tailored to my needs each time I have my appointment. I suffer with chronic muscle pain so Christina is very intuitive and knows how to get knots released to ease my pain. I always leave feeling so much lighter in my energy and body. I would highly recommend.

I know as soon as I walk into the room it’s going to be an amazing treatment … slipping under the cover into a warm bed it’s just pure bliss … love the blend of oils used to relax and unwind , then the lymphatic drainage .. leaving me relaxed calm , and really didn’t want to get up and did ask could I stay !! Xx thanks again x.

I booked a fascia release after a recommendation from a friend. The first one was really good, the second one was amazing and I was feeling a huge relief from severe muscle pain. Now just after my fourth session I can honestly say Christina has done more for me than numerous physio appointments. She has been able to find all the tension points and release them. I’ll be keeping up regular appointments to stay on top of things. It’s a lovely relaxing room and Christina is very knowledgeable and I felt very at ease. Highly recommend the Fascia Release for anyone suffering with emotional/physical pain.

1 hour reflexology is just bliss … wrapped in a cosy blanket and hot towels on my feet was just the start of an smacking treatment .. time to slow down , unwind , .. and time for me … would recommend this to anyone .. I’m now seeing improvements in myself , so much more energy x
