Treatments

Let go of stress and rediscover balance with Soulful Unwind – a harmonious fusion of back massage and Reiki designed to release tension and restore inner calm. Begin with a deeply relaxing back massage, easing muscle tightness and encouraging physical release. Then, transition into the soothing flow of Reiki, where gentle energy work melts away emotional and mental blockages, leaving you feeling lighter and more aligned.

Soulful Grounding

£75

Reconnect with your inner balance through Soul-ful Grounding – a deeply restorative combination of reflexology and Reiki. Begin with targeted reflexology, where precise pressure on the feet helps release physical tension and stimulate energy flow. Then, ease into the soothing embrace of Reiki, as gentle energy work clears emotional and mental blockages, leaving you feeling centered, refreshed, and fully aligned.

Soul-Led Session

£90

Surrender to the flow and allow your body and mind to be guided toward balance and relaxation. In a Soul-Led Session, you don't need to decide — simply book your time, and I will intuitively select the treatment your body and energy need most. Whether it's Reiki, reflexology, crystal healing, or a soothing massage, this bespoke experience is designed to restore harmony and leave you feeling deeply renewed.

✨ Trust the process. Align with your soul.

Fascia Release

£75

Fascia is connective tissue that surrounds our organs, muscles, bone, blood vessel
and keeps all in place. With unhealthy Fascia you can feel pain in a specific area -- sharp, dull, or achy
Limited range of motion in a muscle or joint
Swelling, redness, or heat caused by inflammation in the inured area
Visible lumps or knots -- palpable areas of tightness
Numbness or tingling caused by fascial compression on nerves
By releasing the fascia you reduce pain, increase mobility, boosting nervous, circulatory and lymphatic system
