I booked a fascia release after a recommendation from a friend. The first one was really good, the second one was amazing and I was feeling a huge relief from severe muscle pain. Now just after my fourth session I can honestly say Christina has done more for me than numerous physio appointments. She has been able to find all the tension points and release them. I’ll be keeping up regular appointments to stay on top of things. It’s a lovely relaxing room and Christina is very knowledgeable and I felt very at ease. Highly recommend the Fascia Release for anyone suffering with emotional/physical pain.

1 hour reflexology is just bliss … wrapped in a cosy blanket and hot towels on my feet was just the start of an smacking treatment .. time to slow down , unwind , .. and time for me … would recommend this to anyone .. I’m now seeing improvements in myself , so much more energy x
